How it Works

Start by booking a Trailfit session with Jacqui. Before you begin training, you will meet Jacqui for a coffee at Alton Street Cycles to talk about your training goals and what you want to achieve. Then Jacqui will create custom training plan for you.

3 Hour Spring Challenge Extended Sessions
Monday to Friday
10am - 1pm
